Workspaces

Workspaces are used for creating different groups of integrations that a deletion request can be sent to.

Configure

Go to Settings → Workspaces and then click on Add Workspace, and provide the name of the Workspace you want to create.

A Workspace Key will be generated when a workspace is created. Use this key when submitting Deletion Requests via the API, so that Forget API knows which group of integrations to create deletion requests for.

Best Practices

You can create Workspaces in any way that makes sense to your business needs. Below are some examples of how companies choose to leverage workspaces

  • Create workspaces based on regions (North America, Europe, Asia etc.)
  • Create workspaces based on types of tools (Analytics, Marketing, Advertising etc.)
  • Create workspaces based on different portfolios in the business (Ecommerce platform, Subscription platform, Publishers etc.)
